As a proud Welshwoman with deep ancestral roots, my spiritual journey has led me to reconnect with the ancient wisdom, mythology and living traditions of Cymru. I am a member of both the Anglesey Druid Order (ADO) and the Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids (OBOD), embracing a nature-based spiritual path grounded in the wisdom of the land, our ancestors and the cycles of life.

My studies in Hawaiian spirituality and Ho'oponopono, together with my training in Archetypal Mentoring, have enriched my understanding of healing, personal transformation and the patterns that shape our lives. These approaches allow me to support others in exploring limiting beliefs, releasing emotional baggage and rediscovering their authentic selves.

I bring together the practical wisdom of corporate life with the intuitive, reflective and spiritual dimensions of personal growth.

Through archetypal mentoring, holistic guidance and self-care practices, I offer a supportive, confidential space where you can explore life's transitions, recognise recurring patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom and discover new possibilities.

My role is not to tell you which path to take, but to walk alongside you, helping you recognise the wisdom, strengths and choices already within you.

As a Wise Guide with the School of Spirituality, Healing and Development (SoHAD), I encourage personal empowerment, self-awareness and meaningful transformation.

Beyond Mentoring

My passion for Welsh spirituality extends into my work as a Druid Celebrant, author, educator and sacred journey guide.

I create meaningful, personalised ceremonies, including handfastings, naming ceremonies, vow renewals, home blessings, rites of passage and farewells, drawing inspiration from Welsh tradition, Druidry and nature-based spirituality.

I also share my love of Cymru's spiritual heritage through my Welsh Spirituality and Druidry online courses, my book Coming Back to My Trees and Ancient Wisdom of Cymru Oracle Cards, extgendign all this wisdom into guiding Sacred Journeys across the ancestral landscapes of Wales.
